Return & Refund Policy

At Vector Integrated Solutions, many of our products are designed, manufactured, engraved, printed, or customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Returns

We accept returns of non-custom, non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging and accessories.

• Show no signs of damage, misuse, or modification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our work, custom-made, engraved, printed, or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded simply because of a change of mind, incorrect ordering, or preference.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Custom engraved items

• Personalized gifts

• Custom signs

• Made-to-order metal artwork

• Custom jewelry

• Products manufactured specifically to customer specifications

Please review all names, dates, measurements, colors, and artwork carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error or damage occurred during shipping, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Manufacturing Variations

Many of our products are handcrafted or individually manufactured. Slight variations in color, grain, texture, finish, engraving depth, weld appearance, or other small manufacturing characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once materials have been cut, engraved, printed, or production has started, the order can no longer be canceled because the product is being manufactured specifically for you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
